Isoprophyl Alcohol (IPA)

Isoprophyl Alcohol is commonly used in the manufacture of various industrial and household chemicals and is commonly used in products such as antiseptics, disinfectants, hand cleaners and detergents. It also has medical applications, such as cleansing, the main ingredients in vacuum alcohol, and is a disinfectant containment component. As a solvent, IPA is very helpful in cleaning circuits and other electrical goods, because its ability to quickly evaporate means very little chance of explosion or damage to the electrical component.
