Catalyst

In foam manufacturing, catalyst aid in controlling reactions, accelerating foam formation, and ensuring the desired structure and homogeneity. During the Foam Formation process, catalysts are particularly necessary, especially when producing foam at room temperature. Catalysts also assist in regulating this process and ensuring that the foam has the desired structure. Additionally, the more catalyst mixture is used, the faster the resin curing or foam material hardening process occurs.
